Am I eligible to use SWCT/ ATA services?
If you are currently registered with the NDIS and have funding allocated for transport services, you can register to become a client with SWCT/ ATA.
How do I receive funding from the NDIA?
To find out if you are eligible for funding, you can contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110, or check your eligiblity online here: NDIS Eligibility Checklist.
I have a wheelchair, can I still use the service?
SWCT vehicles are fitted with hoists and the appropriate restraints and anchor points to transport wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices safely. Our taxi partners have wheelchair accessible vehicles and maxi taxi's that will accomodate wheelchairs safely.
What are my payment options if I am self managed/ plan managed?
If you are Plan Managed, we can claim your transport services from the NDIS portal, or if you have a Plan Manager, your invoices will be generated and sent to the Plan Manager for payment.
How do i make bookings? Can i call the taxi direct?
Clients living in NSW will have to call ATA on 1800 634 787 to make their bookings, or they can book online for transport that is non-urgent.
How do i apply to use transport with SWCT/ ATA?
You can call us on 1800 634 787, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are eligible for our services, you will be required to complete a Service Agreement. Our friendly team members will work with you to create a transport plan that suits your individual needs.
How long does it take before i can use SWCT / ATA transport services after intake?
It will take approx 24 - 48 hours for your details to be processed, and for us to organise any relevant wheelchair or access risk assessments.
